Tilting jacket kettle is widely used for the cooking of fruit, vegetable, soup, candy. Also used in the processing of sweets, pharmacy, dairy, alcohol, pastry, beverage, succade and so on.

This cooking kettle takes 110V to 480V voltage <can be customized> as its heat source, with electrical bar, electric couple and conduction oil in interlayer, as high as 250°C, controlled by electric cabinet. Our jacketed kettle has advantages of big heating area, high heat-efficiency, homogeneous heating, short boiling time, controllable heating temperature ect.
The inner layer of this electric jacketed kettle is made of austenitic stainless steel, equipped with pressure gauge, safety valve and electric cabinet, featured by good appearance, easy operation and reliable insulating property. The pot consists of pot body, brace, worm and worm wheel. The pot body can rotate within 180 degree. The equipment adopts open-top concentration, which is mainly used to boil and concentrate liquid materials of pharmacy, food, chemical engeering and light industry. The part contacting materials adopts stainless steel SUS304. the equipment is anti-corrosion and durable, it is in accordance with GMP medical system. Mixing device can be added at user's request.
