Tilting jacketed kettle use the same jacketed, the difference between

vertical jacketed kettle is only the way of discharge,
vertical cooking pan or
cooking vat have a drainage pipe at the pot bottom while
tilting cooking kettle do not have such discharge pipe. When you finished one batch of cooking by
