Performance:
This equipment is a kind of versatile equipment which can make liquid substance into high-pressure spray or homogeneous. The high pressure homogenizer pump reciprocates the pump position, highly presses the liquid, fully mixes and refines the material.

Instruction:
The machine consists of:
Homogenization system, transmission system, cooling system and frame, etc.

The transmission system drives three reciprocating plunger pistons to force the material in the pump body of homogenization system forms pumping and compression.

Through the control of one way valve, the material liquid produces strong pressure.

Under such strong pressure, the material is effectively fined and homogenized under multi-effects of turbulent flow, vacancy, expansion without pressure and strong impact when passing through the homogenization system.
