According to the request listed above, you can choose a simple fruit puree / fruit paste pasteurizer which heated by propane gas and cold by water. This fruit puree / fruit paste pasteurizer will be made of stainless equipped with double wall; Inner wall will be contact to your milk directly. Outer wall and inner wall will make up a gap.

Before you turn on theelectric heating button, you put heatig oil to the gap first and then turn on your electric and start to heating.

When milk temp arrived at the right temperature range you need, you can stop the heating and access cooling water to the gap and allowed the water run freely through the gap.
Close the water until the temperature gauge shows the right temp you need.
